Remote Program Engagement Lead
Job Summary
To support the VA ESOM contract, the full-time Remote Program Engagement Lead will design, manage, and enhance a comprehensive employee engagement strategy across multiple projects while leading a team of analysts and collaborating with program leadership and HR to align initiatives with business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a portfolio-wide engagement and team member experience strategy aligned with ESOM goals and stakeholder requirements
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and sustainable engagement solutions, while translating corporate engagement survey results into actionable insights
- Lead, mentor, and develop analysts, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in employee engagement, PMO operations, HR strategy, or program management
- Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives in a multi-team and multi-contract environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights for engagement initiatives
- Experience in organizational change management and culture transformation initiatives
