Job Summary
A digital security and solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Project Management Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Set up project schedules in MS Project and maintain schedule activities
- Work with the Project Managers to set up the cadence of project invoicing
- Provide support to the project management team and regional vice presidents in processing expense reports
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years experience in executive administrative support role
- Strong experience supporting multiple people and managing project schedules
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and organize effectively
- Strong experience working with customers directly
- Proficiency working across the Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Project
