Job Summary

Driving high-visibility brand experiences, the contract Remote Project Manager will orchestrate complex operational workstreams and ensure the seamless execution of major global events while collaborating with senior program leaders and creative teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Orchestrate complex operational workstreams and comprehensive workback schedules for major user conferences and brand activations
• Facilitate strategic stakeholder alignment meetings and capture actionable takeaways to maintain project momentum
• Coordinate end-to-end workflows across creative, strategy, and event production partners to optimize operational efficiency

Required qualifications:

• 4-6 years of structured project management experience within enterprise technology, SaaS, or creative agency environments
• Hands-on expertise with modern project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or Wrike
• Proven track record supporting end-to-end operational execution for large-scale marketing events or user conferences
• Exceptional communication agility and collaborative problem-solving skills
• Creative operations background or project management certifications viewed as a plus
