Remote Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading a large-scale Veterans Benefits Administration facility management initiative, the full-time Remote Project Manager will manage program execution, operational leadership, and stakeholder relationships while working remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team in sustaining and extending the VBA's facility management environment, ensuring compliance with client-approved requirements
• Maintain integrated schedules, staffing forecasts, and cost-to-complete metrics while managing risks and decision-making processes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, effectively communicating program status and ensuring successful service delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Management, Information Technology, or Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management within IT or Facility Management
• Proven track record of managing schedules, staffing, and financial forecasts with successful recovery of delayed programs
• Experience coordinating with government officials, technical teams, and vendors
• Exceptional executive communication and facilitation skills
