Remote Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading large-scale software implementations, the full-time Remote Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison to customer project partners and internal stakeholders, hosting regular status meetings and managing project documentation
• Collaborate with project teams to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project scope and resource needs
• Manage project budgets and financials, analyzing labor reports and coordinating with the Project Accounting group to mitigate potential budget overages

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent documented experience in a similar role
• PMI PMP or equivalent certification required
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with large-scale software implementations
• Strong understanding of Public Safety culture and collaboration
• Intermediate-to-Senior level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project
