Remote Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a PMO Transformation initiative, the full-time Remote Project Manager will manage a portfolio of client engagements, driving accountability and ensuring successful delivery across consulting and technology projects focused on cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage approximately 5-7 concurrent client engagements and review project scope, milestones, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation while leading internal meetings and client status calls
• Proactively identify and escalate project risks, track budgets, and ensure projects align with customer expectations

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing projects from planning through execution and closeout
• Strong client-facing experience, including leading customer meetings and project status calls
• Experience with Statements of Work (SOWs) and translating contractual requirements into actionable plans
• Ability to manage project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables effectively
• Experience in consulting, compliance, cybersecurity, or cloud services is highly preferred
