Remote Property Adjuster Trainee

Job Summary

Working remotely, the Inside Property Adjuster Trainee will provide exceptional service to policyholders by virtually inspecting damages, investigating coverage, preparing estimates, and settling claims, with a focus on water losses, during a full-time schedule of Monday to Friday and rotational Saturdays.

Key responsibilities

• Virtually inspect damages and investigate property claims to ensure accurate coverage interpretation
• Prepare estimates and settle claims promptly while interacting with customers, contractors, and vendors
• Deliver compassionate customer service, supporting policyholders during their times of need

Required qualifications

• Early career professional status with a background in claims or customer service
• Familiarity with software platforms such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including rotational Saturdays
• Residence in the Central or Eastern time zone preferred
• Strong investigative skills to perform detailed reviews of damage and policy interpretation
