Job Summary

A financial service company is filling a position for a Remote Proprietary Funds Investment Policy and Guidelines Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Partnering with subadvisers and proprietary funds administrators to implement investment guideline restriction monitoring
• Resolving issues in partnership with portfolio managers, and external partners
• Leading the business line oversight process per tools and technology per accuracy of investment policies

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics or related field
• Securities licenses Series 7 and Series 66 required within 6 months of hire
• Three years of related experience
• Experience and knowledge of investment management data and / or technology
• Knowledge of Investment Company Act of 1940 and/or Investment Advisors Act is a plus
