Remote Python Developer
Job Summary
To support the VA ESOM contract, the full-time Remote MAS Python Developer will develop AI-driven solutions integrating LLMs with enterprise monitoring systems, focusing on building and optimizing Python-based services and automating event analysis while ensuring security and scalability.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain MCP servers and Python services for structured reasoning workflows between LLMs and enterprise monitoring tools
- Write, maintain, and optimize production-grade Python code for 24/7 monitoring operations, integrating new AI capabilities into existing workflows
- Collaborate with Event Management and Major Incident teams to convert operational requirements into technical AI-driven solutions and support incident management improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of professional software development experience with expert-level Python skills
- Experience integrating LLMs or other AI models with enterprise applications or automation systems
- Familiarity with MCP or similar structured API/orchestration frameworks
- Strong understanding of enterprise monitoring processes and operational workflows
