Remote Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

To support the VA ESOM contract, the full-time Remote Quality Assurance and Organizational Change Manager will establish and oversee quality assurance practices, assess organizational readiness for new technologies, and manage stakeholder communications and training efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated quality assurance and change management approach aligned with project activities
• Assess impacts of proposed changes on stakeholders and execute a comprehensive change management plan
• Lead the creation and implementation of project communications and stakeholder engagement strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Ten years of relevant experience in quality assurance and organizational change management
• Demonstrated experience in developing communications and training plans
• Experience conducting change-impact and organizational-readiness assessments
• Strong process-analysis and continuous-improvement capabilities
