Job Summary
Transforming complex operational data into actionable insights, the full-time Remote Quality Improvement Data Analyst will serve as an analytics partner to operational leaders, designing dashboards and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform routine and ad-hoc analyses to uncover trends and performance risks across operational datasets
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for transparency and proactive decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate issues and develop data solutions that support operational improvements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Economics, Public Health, or a related field, or 4+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or operations analytics
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with a Business Intelligence platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Understanding of calculation methodology related to Star Rating and overall Medical Advantage Quality Programs
