Supporting customer onboarding and implementation activities, the full-time Remote RCM Implementation Consultant will configure billing rules, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with clients to optimize revenue cycle management solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Support customer onboarding and implementation activities to ensure smooth transitions to solutions
- Configure billing rules and claim workflows to align with customer requirements and best practices
- Monitor implementation milestones and document activities, workflows, and system configurations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 or more years of experience in system implementation or revenue cycle management
- Understanding of revenue cycle workflows and processes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in healthcare operations is preferred
