Job Summary
A real estate company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Real Estate Customer Support Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Serve as a senior leader within operations
- Optimize capital outlay by iterating on predictive staffing models
- Manage and expand a nearshore team of Customer Experience Agents from multiple BPOs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of CX experience
- BPO management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and expand a nearshore team of Customer Experience Agents from multiple BPOs
- Ability to optimize capital outlay by iterating on predictive staffing models
- Ability to serve as a senior leader within operations
