Job Summary

Negotiating and processing payments for past due accounts, the part-time Remote Recovery Specialist will work from home, conducting thorough inquiries into consumers' financial conditions and ensuring prompt payment recovery while adhering to established guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Assess consumers' financial conditions and determine reasons for delinquency to find creative solutions
• Track and maintain customer accounts throughout the collection process, ensuring compliance with corporate policies
• Adhere to State and Federal regulations pertaining to collection activities while meeting call quality assurance standards

Required qualifications

• High school diploma; some college preferred
• Outgoing, assertive, and competitive personality with superb negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document information during customer interactions
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends
• Ability to meet minimum internet speed requirements for remote work
