Job Summary

Experienced recruiters will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Recruiter, responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building candidate relationships, and collaborating with hiring managers to create effective sourcing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Partnering with hiring managers to define ideal candidates and develop recruitment strategies
• Sourcing and engaging qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards and networking
• Conducting structured interviews and managing candidate communication throughout the hiring process

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Experience conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidate fit
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
