Job Summary
To support a growing network, the full-time Remote Recruiter for Process Servers will engage and recruit active legal process servers and potential gig workers through high-volume outreach, while building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline across the US.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, SMS, and email campaigns
- Screen candidates for reliability, qualifications, and role fit
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs while updating hiring managers on strategy and pipeline status
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience in a high-volume, metric-driven environment
- Experience building and maintaining pipelines and talent pools in a CRM or ATS
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data tools
- Comfort with cold calling and SMS outreach
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment
