Job Summary

To support the Supply Chain Solutions division, the full-time Remote Recruiter II will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing and attracting high-impact leaders while collaborating closely with business leaders to secure top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and refer candidates to hiring managers for various positions
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with placement agencies, external recruiters, and internal HR partners
• Ensure compliance with legal aspects of recruiting while promoting the organization as an employer of choice

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Four or more years of experience in recruitment or a related area
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, particularly for entry to mid-level and managerial positions
• Ability to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and compliance requirements
