Remote Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

Seeking a compassionate and self-motivated Remote Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position, responsible for providing telephonic clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services to diverse patient populations while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic nursing assessments using established protocols and guidelines
• Provide health education and recommendations for care based on clinical evaluations
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and company policies while managing patient interactions

Required qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN licensure in a compact state
• Minimum of an associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred
• At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in ER, adult and pediatric care, or acute settings
• Ability to manage multiple computer programs simultaneously
• Experience in telephone triage is a plus, along with bilingual skills
