Job Summary
To support healthcare needs, the PRN Remote Registered Nurse (RN) will provide telehealth support by assessing patient health concerns, delivering clinical guidance, and facilitating care recommendations while working remotely from specific states.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and triage patient health concerns to determine appropriate care levels
- Apply clinical judgment to address patient needs and provide nursing guidance
- Monitor remote patient support systems, reviewing vital sign data and compliance alerts
Required Qualifications
- Active RN Compact License
- Residency in Ohio, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Texas, Tennessee, Louisiana, Florida, or Virginia
- Minimum of 1-2 years clinical experience in an acute or ambulatory care setting
- Preferred experience in IDD group home settings
- Additional RN licenses as required by the organization
