Remote Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Remote Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position focused on providing telephonic clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services to diverse patient populations from a home office environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct nursing assessments and triage using telecommunications in accordance with established protocols and guidelines
• Identify patient care needs and provide health education while adhering to nursing standards and company policies
• Maintain compliance with performance metrics and demonstrate regular attendance and timeliness in a remote setting

Required qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN licensure in a compact state with a minimum of three years of clinical experience
• Associate degree or diploma in nursing; BSN preferred
• Experience in emergency, adult and pediatric care, or acute care settings is preferred
• Ability to work evenings and at least two weekends every two weeks
• Bilingual skills are a plus
