Remote Reservation Agent

Job Summary

Passionate about hospitality, the full-time Remote Reservation Agent will manage guest reservations, provide tailored recommendations, and ensure accurate billing while working remotely during flexible hours between 6am and midnight.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide guests with information about hotel services and the surrounding area
• Accurately process reservations through various channels and audit details against rate profiles
• Upsell resort experiences and manage group rooming lists within the property management system

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting
• Prior experience in a Reservations Department is preferred
• Intermediate to advanced typing and computer skills, with the ability to learn various software programs quickly
• Flexibility to work remotely, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to read and write in English
