Remote Reservation Sales Agent

Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time hourly Remote Reservation Sales Agent, the candidate will manage incoming calls to assist customers in booking reservations while delivering exceptional service and utilizing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 80-100 incoming calls daily to book quality reservations
• Apply sales techniques to convert calls into reservations while providing excellent customer service
• Meet and exceed personal and department metrics while adhering to a scheduled work routine

Required qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• At least one year of sales experience in a competitive environment with measurable goals
• Minimum of two years of consecutive work experience with one employer
• Permanent residence with a defined working space free of distractions
• Ability to attend a mandatory 4-week virtual training program
