Remote Reservations Agent

Job Summary

Providing personalized booking support, the full-time Remote Reservations Agent will manage reservations across multiple properties, requiring strong property knowledge and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a welcoming approach
• Assess guest needs to match them with appropriate vacation rentals and manage the reservation process accurately
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property features, rates, and policies to effectively communicate options and convert inquiries into bookings

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality preferred
• Familiarity with property management or reservation systems; experience with Revinate and Track is highly desirable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain rates and policies
• Proven sales aptitude with the ability to identify guest needs and recommend value-added options
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple systems and tasks accurately
