Remote Reservations Agent

Job Summary

To support a luxurious hospitality experience, the remote Area Reservations Agent will manage reservations across multiple properties, ensuring personalized guest interactions and seamless service while working part-time or full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Create personalized guest resort reservations by accurately inputting contact information and preferences
• Respond to inquiries regarding room availability, accommodations, pricing, and special offers while maintaining comprehensive knowledge of resort services
• Assist in resolving guest challenges and ensure accurate billing and financial transactions while upselling services as appropriate

Required qualifications

• Two years of experience in a hospitality, spa, or reservations position, preferably at a luxury resort
• Ability to create professional business correspondence
• Excellent phone manner and gracious people skills to engage positively with guests
• Capability to work cohesively with other departments and team members
• Must reside in specific states including CT, FL, KY, ME, MD, MA, NJ, NM, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, UT, TN
