Remote Resort Coordinator
Job Summary
Assisting clients with organizing resort vacations, the part-time or full-time Remote Resort Experience Coordinator will conduct destination research, provide personalized recommendations, and manage reservations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with clients to determine their vacation preferences, budget, and priorities
- Research and compare resorts, hotels, and vacation packages based on client needs
- Assist clients with completing reservations and provide ongoing support before and after their vacations
Required qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must currently reside in the United States or Mexico
- Reliable internet service and access to a computer or compatible device
- Willingness to complete training and ongoing education
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required
