Job Summary

A game development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Rigging Character Technical Gaming Development Artist.

Must be able to:

  • Establish and maintain rigging pipelines and standards between Maya and Unreal Engine
  • Work closely with the animation team to implement control rigs to improve and simplify their workflow
  • Propose and implement tools to produce the best possible results and incorporate them seamlessly into the existing pipeline

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience creating and maintaining a rigging pipeline with an emphasis on facial rigging and implementation of expressive blendshapes
  • In-depth knowledge of Maya
  • Python, Scripting for Maya tool
  • Ability to establish and maintain rigging pipelines and standards between Maya and Unreal Engine
  • Ability to liaise with Art, Animation, Mocap, Tech and Production
  • Ability to work closely with the animation team to implement control rigs to improve and simplify their workflow
