Job Summary
To support individuals facing complex health conditions, the part-time Remote RN Clinical Sales Specialist will conduct outbound calls to educate patients on healthcare solutions and guide them in scheduling appointments with partner physicians, all while working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct empathetic outbound calls to warm leads, educating them on innovative healthcare solutions
- Follow IRB guidelines and clinical messaging protocols while maintaining a supportive tone
- Manage patient data across web-based clinical software while engaging with patients on the phone
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license or equivalent clinical/medical professional background
- High-speed internet (minimum 25+ Mbps download recommended) and a quiet home office
- Prior experience in patient advocacy, telephonic triage, or customer care is preferred
- High level of empathy and strong verbal communication skills
