Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Remote RN Medical Virtual Assistant will prepare and assemble medical record documentation, ensure compliance, and update patient information while contributing to improved clinic workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble medical record documentation for physicians
• Ensure compliance with medical record standards and update patient health information
• Monitor lab results and perform clerical duties to enhance provider productivity

Required qualifications

• Active RN license in the relevant state
• Experience in medical record management and compliance
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical facility policies
• Proficiency in data entry and documentation processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
