Job Summary
A software development firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Salesforce Administrator.
Must be able to:
- Respond to employee's questions and issues
- Assist operational teams to build out reports & dashboards
- Manage Salesforce security
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience as a Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Proven ability to design & implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform including automation, Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
