Remote Salesforce Business Analyst in Austin

Job Summary

A global business process outsourcing company headquartered in the U.S. has an open position for a Remote Salesforce Business Analyst in Austin.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Participating in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification
• Researching and maintaining best practices on document repositories
• Configuring of technical frameworks to meet project requirements

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Must be able to travel domestically 25%- 30%
• Must have 2-3 years of experience with Salesforce platform - Sales/Service cloud, Force.com, Administration/Configuration, data loads, moves, adds, changes, deletes
• Must have a B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
• Must have Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Administrator Certifications
• Must have previous Business Analyst experience
