Remote SAT/ACT Tutor
Job Summary
To support a growing tutoring practice, the remote contract Senior SAT/ACT Tutor will provide online instruction to students in grades 9-12, focusing on all sections of the SAT and ACT while maintaining a flexible schedule of 4 to 12 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive tutoring sessions for SAT and ACT test preparation
- Teach key concepts and skills effectively to enhance student understanding
- Adapt teaching methods to connect with students and address their individual learning needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a highly reputable university
- Minimum of 500 combined tutoring session hours for SAT and/or ACT
- Strong scores on the SAT and/or ACT
- Experience tutoring all sections of the SAT and/or ACT
- Ability to relate easily to adolescents and a passion for teaching
