Remote SAT/ACT Tutor

Job Summary

To support a growing tutoring practice, the remote contract Senior SAT/ACT Tutor will provide online instruction to students in grades 9-12, focusing on all sections of the SAT and ACT while maintaining a flexible schedule of 4 to 12 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive tutoring sessions for SAT and ACT test preparation
• Teach key concepts and skills effectively to enhance student understanding
• Adapt teaching methods to connect with students and address their individual learning needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a highly reputable university
• Minimum of 500 combined tutoring session hours for SAT and/or ACT
• Strong scores on the SAT and/or ACT
• Experience tutoring all sections of the SAT and/or ACT
• Ability to relate easily to adolescents and a passion for teaching
