Job Summary

To lead complex power plant projects, the contract Remote Scheduler will develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, requiring 8+ years of experience in the nuclear or gas energy sector and hands-on expertise in managing 1,500+ tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules with 1,500+ logic tasks using Primavera P6
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and subcontractors to integrate project elements into the master schedule
• Monitor project progress, conduct critical path analysis, and prepare variance reports to identify potential delays

Required qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of scheduling experience in a high-volume project environment within the steam, nuclear, or gas power industry
• 5+ years of hands-on experience using Primavera P6 for complex logic scheduling
• Practical construction site experience outside of scheduling, such as Project Manager or Superintendent
• Recent nuclear site badge access within the last 5 years is a major plus
