Remote Scrum Master
Job Summary
Coaching multiple Scrum teams in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Scrum Master III will facilitate Agile ceremonies, improve sprint planning and delivery processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance team performance and support continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support multiple Scrum teams, ensuring effective coordination and consistent Agile practices
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and lead sprint planning activities to promote collaboration and continuous improvement
- Identify and remove impediments while tracking Agile performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Advanced Certified Scrum Master certification, or Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification
- Five to seven years of experience on IT project teams, including at least two years as a Scrum Master
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices
- Experience serving as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) with a focus on launching Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
