Remote Scrum Master

Job Summary

Leading scrum ceremonies and empowering software development teams, the full-time Remote Scrum Master will facilitate team collaboration, manage Azure DevOps boards, and ensure effective project planning and resource management.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate team ceremonies and remove roadblocks to enhance team productivity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines while managing project risks
• Advocate for automation and continuous improvement to streamline processes and increase efficiency

Required qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a Senior Associate level role
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models and agile project management principles
• Prior experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and enterprise-level application development projects
• Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for managing work tasks
