Job Summary

A leading provider of cloud contact center software has an open position for a Remote Senior Cloud Automation Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing, implementing, and automating large-scale distributed systems both on prem and in cloud
  • Building tools and automation that help achieve higher availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency
  • Working with Engineering teams to deliver high quality software in a fast-paced environment

Position Requirements Include:

  • 8+ years of Software Development Life Cycle experience preferably Agile Scrum
  • 5+ years of public cloud experience
  • 3+ years of Systems and Networking experience
  • Experience with OpenStack and VMware
  • Experience with Gitlab, ArgoCD, CI/CD methodologies and tools
  • Experience with messaging and indexing applications such as Kafka, Zookeeper, Solr, FLINK and RMQ
