Job Summary

A software development firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Database Architect.

Must be able to:

  • Consult with developers and clients to determine the impact of new and revised processes
  • Research and evaluate alternative solutions to resolve issues and recommend the most cost-effective solutions
  • Work closely with application development team to ensure successful deployment and performance of database applications

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 10 + years of being as SQL Server DBA and Architect experience
  • Expert in database design, performance tuning and powershell
  • Experience working in a SOX regulated environment
  • Experience in large enterprise database environments
  • Experience with transactional and/or data warehouse practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree with knowledge of database concepts
