Remote Senior Database Architect
Job Summary
A software development firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Database Architect.
Must be able to:
- Consult with developers and clients to determine the impact of new and revised processes
- Research and evaluate alternative solutions to resolve issues and recommend the most cost-effective solutions
- Work closely with application development team to ensure successful deployment and performance of database applications
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10 + years of being as SQL Server DBA and Architect experience
- Expert in database design, performance tuning and powershell
- Experience working in a SOX regulated environment
- Experience in large enterprise database environments
- Experience with transactional and/or data warehouse practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree with knowledge of database concepts
