Remote Senior Enterprise Application Engineer
Job Summary
A financial technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Enterprise Application Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Provide software coding and customization
- Manage the day to day problem resolution and platform administration
- Answer how-to technical and application configuration questions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field and / or 3 + years of experience with IT Service Management tools
- 3+ years of experience with life-cycle development on ServiceNow or a similar platform
- Case Management Project experience
- Integration experience with Call Centers (CTI)
- Hands-on experience in implementing CSM module on ServiceNow including Workspace
- Strong knowledge of Web 2.0 Technologies, SaaS applications and SOAP Web Service
