Job Summary

A financial technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Enterprise Application Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Provide software coding and customization
  • Manage the day to day problem resolution and platform administration
  • Answer how-to technical and application configuration questions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field and / or 3 + years of experience with IT Service Management tools
  • 3+ years of experience with life-cycle development on ServiceNow or a similar platform
  • Case Management Project experience
  • Integration experience with Call Centers (CTI)
  • Hands-on experience in implementing CSM module on ServiceNow including Workspace
  • Strong knowledge of Web 2.0 Technologies, SaaS applications and SOAP Web Service
