Job Summary
A company creating solutions to problems has an open position for a Remote Senior Enterprise Transition Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Partnering with clients and business/functional owners to successfully implement new business into our contact centers
- Managing all aspects of launching internal programs including: Recruiting, Training, Facilities, Technology, Quality, Service Delivery, Reporting, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery
- Serving as the primary Client interface over the course of Transition and the single source of reporting to leadership on the status during the pre-launch lifecycle
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to and be flexible with travel and schedules as needed to meet key project deliverables and timelines
- Must have a bachelors degree
- Must have a minimum of 5 to 7 years total work experience within different vertical market segments such as telecom, retail, banking, healthcare, etc
- Must have a minimum of 3 years successfully managing the complete project life cycle involving multiple functions and teams of 10+ people
- Must have proven project management skills; be able to manage project teams to execute on key deliverables within agreed upon timelines
- Must have strong communication skills; be able to communicate confidently and effectively from Team Manager up through Executive level contacts
