Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Continuously elevating the quality of product copy
• Ensuring that content adhered to conversion best practices
• Writing, editing, and testing all copy on the site, platforms, and portals

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor’s in English, Journalism, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as a UX Writer and/or Product Content Strategist for digital products
• Track record of connecting UX content strategies to business growth objectives
• Experience working with an in-house growth product team
• A deep knowledge of SEO content tactics and best practices
• Strong understanding of the components of compelling, action-inducing communications
