Remote Senior Information Security Auditor

Job Summary

Leading audit engagements remotely, the full-time Senior Information Security Auditor will assess compliance and security systems, ensuring alignment with relevant regulations and frameworks while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of audit engagements, including risk-based scoping, planning, execution, and reporting
• Lead audits and validate control effectiveness against security frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Develop audit plans, conduct internal audits, and present findings while managing corrective action plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience leading complex audit engagements with a focus on external audit standards
• Prior auditing experience of ISO Management Systems (ISO 27001), SOC2, or PCI
• Active certifications from ISACA (e.g., CISM, CISA) or ISC2 (e.g., CISSP, SSCP, CCSP) or ISO 27001:2022 Lead Auditor
• Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and security frameworks such as NIST and GDPR
