Job Summary
A software development firm is in need of a Remote Senior IT Systems Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and maintaining policies and procedures for all IT systems
- Serving as an escalation point for IT support team
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and recommend technology solutions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of security policies and procedures
- Advanced experience with mobile device management tools, such as JAMF and InTune
- Advanced knowledge and experience leveraging Okta for identity and access management
- 8+ of IT systems engineering experience or related field in a fast paced SaaS startup environment
- Excellent customer service background with strong relationship management skills
