Remote Senior Medical Provider Utilization Coordinator

Job Summary

A provider of disability and occupational health examination services is in need of a Remote Senior Medical Provider Utilization Coordinator.

Must be able to:

• Build and manage IPA’s schedules to prevent gaps and overbooking
• Proactively communicate issues/concerns with IPA provider schedules
• Communicate directly with providers and their office staff

Qualifications Include:

• High School diploma, or equivalent or 2 years of experience in lieu
• 1 to 3 years of experience utilizing electronic tools and workflows
• Exceptional customer service principles and practices to both internal and external customers
