Job Summary

A health insurance and wellness company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Quality Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring each RCMS Work Assignment (WA)/user stories/tasks/test cases have an assigned tester
  • Providing guidance to testers on all Agile processes/ceremonies and ensure all testers are invited/present and participating
  • Identifying and managing team velocity and capacity

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with software testing
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with performing complex workflow analysis and recommending quality improvements
  • Experience with performing and leading tests of software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects
