Remote Senior Quality Engineer
Job Summary
A health insurance and wellness company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Quality Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring each RCMS Work Assignment (WA)/user stories/tasks/test cases have an assigned tester
- Providing guidance to testers on all Agile processes/ceremonies and ensure all testers are invited/present and participating
- Identifying and managing team velocity and capacity
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with software testing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with performing complex workflow analysis and recommending quality improvements
- Experience with performing and leading tests of software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects
