Remote Senior Salesforce Administrator
Job Summary
An event parking service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Salesforce Administrator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee role hierarchy, profiles, permissions, etc
- Manage system access including installed packages and related permissions
- Assist with data quality initiatives
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Experience gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions.
- Experience developing training materials and training users
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes
- Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
- Experience with external integrated customer service ticketing systems
