Remote Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
A financial technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Site Reliability Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Implement a company wide strategy for Observability tooling
- Own the operation and design of Observability tools
- Provide technical mentorship to software teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years as a Site Reliability Engineer, Software Development Engineer, or related role
- 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure such as AWS
- 2+ years experience driving collaborative projects from conception to delivery using Agile/Kanban methodology
- Proficient in at least one high-level programming language such as Java
- Experience implementing Observability tooling at scale
- Deep understanding and passion for SRE concepts, patterns and tooling
