Job Summary
Evaluating AI-generated coding interactions, the part-time contract Remote Senior Software Engineer will assess the quality of responses from modern coding agents like OpenAI Codex and Claude Code, providing detailed feedback on their usefulness and alignment with strong engineering judgment.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end to end, focusing on response quality and engineering judgment
- Provide clear, opinionated feedback on the usefulness and correctness of outputs and explanations
- Help define standards for high-quality interactions with AI coding tools
Required qualifications
- Senior, Staff, or Principal-level engineer (or equivalent experience)
- Strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python
- Hands-on experience with at least one of OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor
- Deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows
- Strong written and spoken English (B2 or above) for providing detailed feedback
