Job Summary

A software developer has a current position open for a Remote Senior Software Infrastructure Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Execute regular maintenance and approved change requests
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis for repeated issues
  • Find automation opportunities, leveraging scripting capabilities

Qualifications Include:

  • Previous experience working as a support L2.
  • Knowledge in Source Control Management
  • Experience with Windows Server administration
  • Experience of docker containers and application deployments
  • Experience with Cloud Services (AWS) supporting applications deploymen
  • Experience in high-level programming languages like bash, PowerShell, Python, or Node
