Remote Senior SQL Database Administrator
Job Summary
A payments technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior SQL Database Administrator.
Must be able to:
- Maintain multiple DB Server environments in Azure, On-Prem
- Ensure the highest standards of availability, resilience, integrity, security and performance required by our business systems
- Set up centralized monitoring, executing scripts, patches, backup reports, status reports and performance monitoring
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10 - 12 years experience as a Database Administrator on SQL Server
- 5 – 8 years experience with SQL Server 2016 or higher
- 5 – 8 years experience with Windows Server 2016 or higher
- 2 - 3 years of experience with MySQL DB Administration
- Project Management experience
- Understanding of, and experience with relational database environments
