Remote Senior Test Software Development Engineer

Job Summary

A software service for use in the real estate industry is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Test Software Development Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Writing and executing automated tests to ensure a quality product
• Owning and acting as a thought leader for technical and functional components
• Driving process improvement in our approach to testing and tooling to help streamline our efforts

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Comfortable analyzing complex flows and designing automated tests to quickly regress and test features
• Able to mentor more junior members of the team to help unblock their progress
• Strive to see the world from other engineers’ points of view in order to help them adopt a quality mindset
• Have an opinion, but are also open to suggestions on what tool or technique is best to most efficiently solve a problem
• 5+ years of software automation experience
• Experience with test automation using test frameworks like Cucumber, Selenium, and Cypress
