Job Summary

A consumer electronics company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior User Experience Content Strategist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Using data and metrics, as well as logic and empathy to inform content choices
• Identifying areas of opportunity for better writing and more effective communication,
• Editing assertively, both your own work and your peers, to improve the overall experience

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years in-product writing experience
• BA/BS in a related field
• Experience championing and managing projects and initiatives
• Experience applying instructional content across multiple platforms and different media
• Minimum 5-8 years' experience planning, writing, and editing customer documentation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams
